Meet our 6th Dan Karate Instructor, All Africa Games medalist with 46 years experience and fitness expert with over 25 years of experience in the industry. At 58 years young, he has achieved more in his lifetime than many could dream of.
As a former captain and coach of the Zimbabwe National Karate Team for over 10 years, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
He achieved his black belt at the young age of 16, setting the stage for his illustrious career in martial arts and fitness.
In addition to his karate accolades, he is a qualified mental health first aider and personal trainer, dedicated to helping others improve both their physical and mental wellbeing. He enjoys training, fishing especially on Lake Kariba, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
His passion for fitness has led him to explore a variety of training methods, including resistance bands and pad work, which are easy on the joints and highly effective. He loves to watch his younger children playing sports and is dedicated to changing people's lives for the better, both physically and mentally.

I’m a qualified Karate Instructor and Personal Trainer with many years' experience working with all ages, young and old, to improve their physical performance or their general health.
I know what it takes to compete at the highest level, and at 57 years young I understand how to still keep myself in the best possible shape so that age does not matter!
I can help you reach your goal with weight loss, toning, improving strength, flexibility, pad workouts (boxing) karate, self defence, group and corporate fitness classes. I'm a also qualified MHFA.
I’m a strong believer that keeping my body and mind fit and healthy allows me to be happier both physically and mentally, and I know I can work with you to achieve the same for you.

All you need are some weights and a mat. Classes run Monday to Friday, at 7:30am ( UK time) for just 30 minutes. All this for only £15 per month by direct debit.
