So that we can process your payments for services provided by GT.Fitness.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is contractual, as set out in Article 6 of the UK GDPR. We process data to provide quotations for classes, courses and workshops, and to collect payments for classes and courses, including monthly/quarterly/half yearly/annual payments.
Contact and identification details
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry or manage your booking and to let you know about our products and services which may be of interest (including through the use of email, phone and text if you have agreed to receive this information from us electronically).
In addition, we use your contact details to contact you about changes to facilities and fees.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored electronically. We will keep your contact details during the time you attend a class or course. If you stop attending a class or course, your data will be deleted within 12 months of the date of the last class you attend.

Under Data Protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
